Introduced to program staff Given the option of the second half of orientation to proceed with admission into the program. Next they are given the TABE locator test. Ater testing, contact information is given along with their birthday. Paul and/or Sonia sends the information to the State Department of Human Services for verification of eligibility. See Eligibility A phone intake will take place where the support administrator will contact the client to notify them of eligibility. After notification the administrative support person give the list of eligible participants to the transition specialists to be assigned. Then the transition specialist contacts new participants for the initial meeting. |
